Palladium Bullion Coins
Investment Grade Palladium Bars & Palladium Coins Dallas TX
Palladium is relatively new to the precious metals market and only recently have investors started to add this precious metal to their portfolio. There are a number of ways to invest in palladium, but limited when compared to gold coins, silver coins, or platinum coins.
Palladium Coins
One way of investing in palladium is to buy some palladium coins. Small quantities of palladium coins can be purchased for as little as $50 or less. Our palladium coin dealers in Dallas can help you get started.
Buying palladium coins is a common investment approach for beginning budget minded coin investors. There are two types of palladium coins available for the palladium investor:
- Palladium bullion coins
- Collectible palladium coins
Palladium investors looking to invest purely in palladium should buy palladium bullion coins instead of collectible palladium coins. The collectible coins are more expensive as they carry numismatic value.
Several companies have minted palladium coins, the most common being the Cold Fusion series commemorative medallion marketed in the early 1990′s by Benchmark Commemoratives from New Hampshire. Since then a number of countries have issued coins in palladium. The Perth Mint of Australia produced the highly popular Emu series of palladium bullion coins from 1995 to 1997. Other popular coins that can be purchased, are the 1-oz Credit Suisse and the 1-oz Palladium Maple Leaf produced by the Royal Canadian Mint. Each is proving to be investor favorites for palladium investments.
Palladium Bars
Palladium bars and wafers are also available and are sold at very little premium above the palladium value but they are not as easily available as palladium coins. Owning physical palladium such as the 1-oz PAMP bullion bar is a great way to add to your collection and requires a smaller investment than collectible palladium.
There is no concern about storage since you can keep palladium at home. There is also no risk of fraud because as long as you are buying your palladium from a reputable coin dealer like America’s Gold and Diamond Exchange you know you’re getting quality investment grade coins.
